Had my MOT today, failed on a balljoint yet again

had a new one fitted and finally passed

looking at the advisories, the one that concerns me is
" slight play in nearside front inner steering rack joint "

is this something i should worry about ?

is it a big job to change ?

hi,you can buy a tool about 40quid that fits along rack end to extract it and refit with new rack end and repace track rod end as well and then have steering re tracked job done.
