55 plate megane 1.4 inner tie rod on rack??

Hi all has anyone got a step by step guide on how to do this i.e do,s donts and things to look out for. Thanks in advance

You will need spanners and probs either torx or allen key to put in the top of the track rod threaded part.. The nuts tend to stick and spin the track rod in its ball joint so you put the allen/torx in the top whilst turning the nut, you can just hacksaw it off as the new one will tighten just fine. When u get that end sorted (near the wheel i mean, count how many rotations it takes to take the whole lot off the steering rack and screw the new unit on the same amount of turns and you wont need to have it tracked after.
