CV Joints????

My 2000 Kangoo has a noise which at first I thought was CV joints as It appeared when pulling away when on full or near full lock .
I thought it was the N/S as the bearing was shot and I've replaced it which is now why I can hear this noise.
Only I seem to be able to hear it when steering both ways. Did a long motoway journey and noticed a knocking when up hill at 65ish under load.
I know the clutch was done by previous owner a few months before I bought it which was about 4 weeks ago now.
COuld this be a gearbox/engine mount. Maybe inboard drive shaft joints or something different.
Just looking for your opinions really to help me look in the right direction.
Any help happily received
