2003 Laguna II Rear Brake Issue

My 03 Laguna II failed its MOT yesterday due to a damaged part of the offside rear brake.

The offending component is the rigid green part of the brake line which has somehow deformed, causing the rubber hose to make contact with the spring on top of the caliper. The MOT tester told me that he didn't want to try and straighten the part incase it snapped.

My friend (who usually does jobs on my car) is willing to have a go at straightening this part, but I'd like your help in identifying the part if it does happen to break!

I've looked on eBay for a replacement but have had no luck in finding one (not knowing exactly what it's called).

So what's it called, and where can I get a replacement?

Thanks guys!
