Cheers for the help guys, I did the work this evening and saved myself 100 labour.

The discs turned out to be still in tolerance by 0.8mm, I debated not changing them and grinding the lip off but put the new ones on in the end, they are the brakes after all and my kids will be in the car!!. The hub nuts (30mm)were tight but not insanely tight and the adjusters screwed in fine once I'd got them moving.

I assembled it all using loctite on all the threads so I'm pretty chuffed.

Back to the MOT station tomorrow!!
