So, what is pulsing.

Do you mean that the car seems to slow then go, slow then go ect, with steady pedal pressure.

The steering will usually shake if the discs are warped.

Warped rear drums could cause the slow/go feeling.
Would certainly check for play in any wheel bearings and check wheel bolts ect.
Look for strange patchy wear marks on the discs.

Scenic 1.4ish 2002. Clio 1.2 2002. Thunderbird 885 1995, Suzuki Gsx600f 1989. Fazer 600 2002. Specialist cement mixer for proffessionals only, not yer average forum numpty. Your car is probably worth more than all that lot put together.
