Why does the car need strapping down on a rolling road at MOT speeds ?
Wheels are trapped in the rollers, it ain't going anywhere.
I believe the system for auto parking brake motors is handbrake off when testing front brakes and that car system has an auto test function that when the rear wheels rotate without the front moving, the parking brake engages progressively to full power. Not 100% sure how that works but MOT guy was explaining to me at last MOT.
Garage will probably tell you different and deny any liability.
If mechanics seem okay, it's power feed...and I think thats via the subterranean connections and relays beneath passenger seat but not certain.
