Wheel Bearings and Disc Brakes

Hi Guys

I have shot wheel bearings on the O/S/R of my year 2000 registered 1.9 dci Scenic Sport Alize. The N/S/R wheel bearing is OK.

The car has done 123K miles.

Can anyone tell me if the rear wheel bearings and rear discs come in one integral unit i.e. to change the bearings means changing the disc as well and therefore changing the bearings and disc on both sides even though faulty on only one side?

If you replace one disc and the other is worn there is a risk of braking imbalance - not something you would want on a frosty morning
