Glad you got it sorted.

I use a simple two bolt puller - see photo attached. Cost around 5-00

If I was in the UK I would have bought the same thing, but here in Ibiza it's not that easy. It's hard to find automotive tools here and when you do they're ridiculously expensive. I didn't have time to order on-line either, I needed to get the car back for a re-test or you can't drive it until you get another appointment. The waiting time for an ITV (MOT) is currently about four months. There's only one testing station!
