Unhappy Re: Renault Modus-Braking Fault System

Hi again. i made some checks:
1. with engine on after 5 minutes-14,48V(without electrical consumers)
2. with engine on + direct from alternator and - from body - 14,50V(without electrical consumers)
3. with engine on and (rear heat screen,AC half power, fog light,Xenon, Radio- All on!)- 14,44V
4. after all, engine off on the battery was-13.06V

What do you think? Exchange must alternator? Or have just changed the alternator regulator?

Re: Renault Modus-Braking Fault System

what you should be doing a few very basic checks but positive.Disconnect each sensor plug take a ohms reading from each 1 Then to follow on from that re- connect plugs you would need to take a ohms reading at the corresponding abs unit pin no's ???
This is were you have to start bar none. I'm not trying to say this is were your fault lies but this is were you have to start. Can you post up your engine code & we will take it from there
