Thanks for the suggested remedies. I have the radio code so will try the battery disconnect first. If this fails I will check the reluctor rings. If I find one damaged I will have both renewed as other likely to fail in near future. Thanks again will keep you posted on results.

Doubt itll be an exciter ring fault, your best bet is plug somthing along the lines of a good diag onto the car drave it and watch the speed on the speed sensors on each wheel you might have a puncture and rolling radius will effect speed signal.

Thanks Colin, I will do a physical check of reluctor rings first as previous suggestion sounds exactly same problem I am having. If nothing found I will have to get speed diagnostics done like you suggest. Thanks everyone for your replies.
