Brake booster Clio 2 ph 2 dCi

I've noticed that the brake booster for my Clio is incredibly rusty and in fact, it was mentioned in one of the MOT papers I got with it when I bought it from the UK.

I think I may have managed to find one for RHD with ABS from Bosch for around 74 GBP, but my question is, does the engine have to come out in order for this to be replaced? Because it is a bit of a tight fit, I've noticed.
