laguna 2 brakes! help!!!

hi i have a laguna2 2.2 dci and im having a braking issue. when driving normally they seem fine but when sitting still they seem to fade slowly and hit the bottom, if i release the pedal then brake again its at the top again then it does it again??? does anyone know what this might be i have no leakes as if checked!! any ideas would be appreciated.

With the engine switched off depress the brake pedal sharply about 5-7 times - that should empty the brake servo. Then try it again.
