Just been looking at a less than 6 month old Diesel
Captur, three things amazed me, one the exhaust had
snapped off cleanly just about level with the B pillar
it was dangling down about 2 inches off the road,
Two the car was perfectly quiet I would never have
known but for looking, "turbos make great silencers"
and three the owner showed no
interest in getting it fixed even after being told that
Renault would likely fix it for free under guarantee.

Plot thickens
Seems the driver is a ex test pilot for TVR so they would
already have a high tolerance for important bits dropping off.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?

If you find a fix for your problem please let us know it will help others.

Clio 15 DCi 80, Kawasaki W800, Yamaha MT-07, LMS 5MT 3 1/2 inch Gauge.
