Can you post a picture of the checklist? There should be a record of time spent working on the car showing what they did and how long it took. If they charged you for checking/testing the brakes then they would have found the problems and fixed them. You'd have had to pay, thatís fair but you telling them what they missed and paying them to fix it is no no no!

I brought our vacuum cleaner to an American that repairs appliances. I said, "this Hoover doesn't suck", he replied "come back when it does"
