I've fitted a rear-door by myself before.
It wasn't easy, but achievable.
The best tip I can offer is to lower the window of both doors (the one being removed and the one being fitted), as this allows you to rest the door frame on your shoulder, and allow bolts to be seated & hand-spun.
I would also suggest using a marker pen to indicate the upper & lower ends of the hinges, so that once-fitted, the door will only need minor adjusting, if at all.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
