Could be a "noisy" relay chattering away. Might simply be a case of checking that they are all fully seated/plugged into their sockets correctly. Otherwise you will have to isolate which one is "buzzing" and replace it.

Or it may be some wires/pipe/tubing rubbing on something which is causing a resonating/buzzing sound. Try rerouting anything slightly if they look they are touching something.

If the engine bay is anything like the 1.9dci on the Laguna there will be several plastic covers covering various parts of the engine. They are only held on with quarter turn plastic screws so anyone of these could be loose/broken casuing a buzzing noise.

Without hearing the noise it can be very difficult for us to try to work out what the problem is, sometimes it can be something completley different rattling that is tracking along somewhere else and appear to buzz. Worth having a quick look under the bonnet tho, maybe something obvious.
