I think you may be missing the point.
The lucas part number you gave (Girling and TRW are Lucas) all point to a valve that is mounted on the suspension and shares power according to load.
Mechanically operated load bias/proportional valve.
And only fitted on the C06 variants according to the information.
Alternative Electronic systems work with ABS, which you don't have.

Various alternatives such as the Maxteret system can be discounted.
Which comes back to any load sharing is fixed and dependant on the system design.

And comes back to either master cylinder/servo is not chucking out enough pressure. (probably able to discount as fronts ok?)
Or cylinders/shoes/adjustment/pipes
