There's still the requirement, MOT or not, to ensure ones motor is Roadworthy before driving. You wouldn't go out with a flat looking tyre, would you?
Fair point, but wouldn't this be an argument for stopping MOTs for all vehicles.
It was hard getting over my addiction to the Hokey Cokey, but I've turned myself around and that's what it's all about.
