Thanks for the reply. I thought that it may be possible to fit ones with multiple electrodes such as the ones I mention above but looking at them in Hallfords they dont appear to be the same as the ones fitted at the last service. I'll take your advice and just fit Ren ones.
BTW I agree with your sentiments on the
engine, I bought the car with 114k on the clock and it still goes like stink.
One problem so far is what appears to be misfire on tickover (very lumpy) but engine runs ok over 2000 revs, any ideas?
