Well, the bloke wouldn't accept 1,000 for it so I up'ed the offer to 1,100 and he accepted.

This was obviously on the proviso that I can give it the once-over before handing over the bankers draft though

I'd still appreciate any input on what to check though. I've got a fair idea of what to look out for but all knowledge is good knowledge.

I must admit though, from the piccies on fleaBay it looks quite a tidy motor and, as stated, has recently been serviced (I shall be asking to have a look at that paperwork then). I'll let you all know tomorrow of the outcome and hopefully post up some piccies in the 'My Mottah' section.

All I gotta worry about now is whether the funds that I may be paying the bloke with are actually in my account tomorrow as I have been advised
