30 milli-amps sounds to high. This could be caused by a duff alternator which is leaking to earth. Ideally you need to set up a multi-meter btween the battery and the main connections and then remove each fuse in turn to see which circuit is leaking. I had a similar problem recently where the radio memory was faulty and was drawing around 30 milliamps instead of 0.8.
