Each radio has an individual code,so you need the one for your unit.
It maybe written on the set itself,in the service or radio book,or on an old invoice.
If not,then as long as it's the original fitted radio then Renault should be able to find it,although they will probably make a charge for doing this.Failing that you can take the radio to a specialist and they'll retreave the code from it,again for a charge.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
