In my opinion, the best thing to do is to go to your local Renault dealer and buy the parts yourself. Then take them along with your car to your reputable independent garage for the service to be carried out.
Make sure that your service book is stamped and keep all your parts receipts.
This will guarantee you peace of mind as far as your warranty is conderned.
Make sure that you don't require things like Pollen filter that do not always need changing.
I know i am in Leeds in God's own country of Yorkshire so can't comment on Southern prices but a full service where i work is £48 plus parts and VAT and an aircon recharge/service is £35 plus Vat.
