Today after after a few days of not using the car my Laguna 2002 1.8 petrol wouldnt start. It drove fine before, although I believe the clutch is on its way.

I have recently replaced the TDC sensor, the cam belt and have cleaned the ignition body, which cured intermittant stalling.

Today when I press "start...." nothing happens, the engine doesnt turn, however the radio works as do all other electrice which I have tested.

One strange thing was the fact that the clock was reset to 00.00 when I first put the key in.

I have tried to rock the car to see if the starter motor had stuck - but as yet no joy, although it is snowing.

Can anybody help...

Thanks again
