Is this a Renault dealer if so contact Renault Customer Services and lodge a complaint with them.

Was this warranty work ?

Make a list of all the outstanding work, Dates times car was in workshop any names of contacts at the Dealership etc.

You can contact Renault via their website that way your complaint is logged, follow it up with a phone call
