Restringing is quite fidly, you need to know the right lengths for each cable and finish the ends of each one. Tensioning then requires some long nose pliers and clamping the whole thing down on a bench. I bought a kit but chickened out and got a regulator without motor for £50. So I actually have the unused kit. Where about are you, I'd sell it for £10 + postage.
