You can fit a sub to any stock audio system in any car. Just make sure the amp you get has what is called high level inputs. With this input just tap into the existing speaker wiring and run the wires to this input. the rest is a simple case of connecting up a sub to the amp.
As for how load it is, there is no difference in volume in this method over the dedicated rca inputs. The only thing I would suggest is make sure you use the proper wiring not only for the speakers but also to power the amp as they can draw a lot of ampage.

thanks that is a big help,what i meant by playing my music louder was that when i turn it up the speakers distort because they cant handle the bass.
