So far this year...
2x rear shocks and an exhaust (£240, the labour element of which made me decide to go DIY as far as possible from now on)
Annual service (£60 in parts/consumables, incl front pads)
Head gasket failure (£90 at the head doctor's, £160ish parts, £35 tools, £40
In its defence, it cost me sod all in first three years of ownership. Two engine mounts, front shocks, front pads, tyres, exhaust, servicing. Probably £1200 tops.
