If I were you, I'd get a few quotes (and assess the person giving the quote) - go with your instincts. (and ask around - workmates/friends/family may have personal experience - good & bad)

Case in point - last week I did a job for someone who had previously got a quote from Halfords - they quoted 290 for 2 alloy wheel refurbs & one small dent (more of a ding). I touched in the wheels (rim scrapes only), took the dent out and dealt with a couple of scratches & chips - all for 90. I didn't set out to undercut, but I guess I'm not that greedy.
