It is recommended you change the water pump and tensioners at the same time - although costing a bit extra it's much easier to do on the bench and it would be a shame to break another belt - go for it.
I also suggest you change the auxilary belt and check its tensioners and pulleys as well as it is known if it fails it gets tangled up and then damages the timing belt.
