rear shock absorber upper bushes

just got the laguna 2 back from mot and the only advisories are CV gaiter and rear shock absorber upper bushes splitting.
are these bushes available seperately? or would new shocks be the way to go?
apart from that - another 12 months motoring.

Bushes should be available, shocks depend on their condition and your budget buddy.

i'm sure i put the shocks on within the last 4 years / 50k miles. they aren't weeping oil.
but quickly looking at ebay they are only £50 a pair which seems reasonable.
seem to remember the lower mounting came off with a lot of heat.
it's a 51 plate, so to be honest I really don't want to spend much on it

If they're ok and it handles ok leave them on. Beware eBay for cheap rubbish that may affect the safety of your car buddy

Re: rear shock absorber upper bushes

Have a hunt on google through some of the sites like ECP and you may find branded ones at a decent price

It is easier to take it apart than to put it back together
