Well i cannot do anything further until this wednesday when i have a meeting with the senior after sales manager of the dealer group concerned, If the answer that i get on wednesday is not satisfactory then i shall be looking to take the matter further!
IMO you are not taking this matter far enough sales managers are rubbish.
I had a problem with the paintwork on my Lag, I was being really
about by the service manager, the sales manager,
, and Renaults own body repair shop.
The response I got from all of them was sweet diddley squat.
Still not being happy I made an appointment with the dealers general manger
Low and behold, and right out of the blue, two days later, I received a telephone call from the service manager saying "We're going to pay ourselves to fix it"
This is YOUR warranty thats being
about, not theirs.
If you really feel you have genuine desputed
problem frankly I wouldn't bother with underlings now, other than the general manager.
