Yep,the ABS works on the rears too,be it a drum or disc brake.
It is fairly unusual to have drums and ABS on a car,but a few manufacturers seem to be able to make it work(Vauxhall and Renault being amongst them).To be honest 90 times out of 100 it's the front brakes that activate the ABS anyway.
Now a days it's unusual to find drum brakes on any new car though.
