Kangoo wing repair

Before Christmas I had the pleasure of a delivery lorry destroying my drivers side wing while I was parked just outside my house, what made it worse despite a few neibours seeing all but the actual impact, the company in question decided change tune and plead innocent when they received the repair shop estimates

This left me with the option of claiming on my insurance, losing 12 years of no claims and paying 100 excess...Paying out of my wallet for the 500 repair shop bill...Or doing something about it myself!!

Hence the post..

Can anyone tell me if Kangoo wings are welded or simply bolted into position??
Do new wings, which I presume come with only a coat of black undercoat require respraying before mounting or after??
Any idea of the best place to get a replacement wing (euro car parts perhaps?) and what is a fair price to pay??

Many thanks in advance

Kind regards Moose
