If the wings are bolted on (which I'm 90% sure they are) have you considered a second hand wing. There are several Renault breakers listed in the link below and you may find one in the right colour for your car and it will be a whole lot less bother than buying a new one and getting it sprayed (and considerably cheaper).

A front wing replacement, if done with care is a fairly straight forward job and can be done at home by someone handy with a set of spanners. By the way a Nissan Kabistar is just a rebadged Renault Kangoo so you could look for a second hand Nissan as well. ( Check to make sure that the panels match exactly 1st though. Manufacturers tend to change designs on a regular basis)

I would have thought about 30 - 40 would be a fair price for a second hand wing but you may well find one cheaper.
