Test immobiliser - Does it work? Yes? Then Tick!
Anti-corrosion check - Is it rusty? No? Then Tick!
The play in ball joints can be tested by raising the car, removing the wheels and using a pry bar of some kind to move the joints looking for excessive movement. (Tick!)
Obviously exhaust emmisions and the service book bits are for the garage.
The bits you've done though should be noted by the mechanic(s) doing the service. Wether or not they make record in the service book I don't know. After all they
didn't replace discs/pads etc so don't want to have the comeback should something fail (for example) after the car is sold.
