If it were my car and I intended to sell in the next year then I'd go with the Renault service. Should probably pay for itself in the price you'll get; at worst it will 'ease the sale'.
You yourself mentioned changing the coolant, but this doesn't appear to be in the 36k service. I know it's officially 72k on my Scenic. Again, if it were my car, I'd get this done. Find out Renault's price and if it's shocking - and when isn't it - take it to a normal garage as long as they've got a coolant pump, and provide your own coolant. Reading these forums it seems a coolant change is a pig on *any* Renault: awkward hose access, not enough bleed valves, air trapped in heater matrix, etc etc etc.
