Question Clio Central Locking & Immobilser

Hi All
I have a problem with Clio 1.4RT central locking.
Simply, the key fob canít not remotely open doors. However, I can manually open doors but still can't disable immobiliser. The central locking switch inside the door can perform central locking and unlocking function without any problems. But the car still remains immobilised despite the fact that central locking switch had unlocked the doors. I have noticed that red LED on the central locking switch continue to flash irrespective whether the doors are open or not which means immobiliser stays on.
I have already tried to reprogram key as suggested in other threads but it will not work until the immobiliser is disabled. Is there any way to switch off the immobilizer permanently or temporarily de-activate it? Has anyone got suggestions? My car is off the road for over a week.
