Hello Pat.w & Lagdti - thanks for replies.
In answer to your questions I have had no reason to brake hard today (odd that, with holiday makers around) and I had thought it might have been slave cyl. By 'eck Lagdti I hope it aint the Master.
It's only a week since I had my brakes checked out and the system bled and no other problem was found.
As I stated I'll take the old girl back in on Tuesday and get the lads to sort it for me.

Incidentally I live in Plymouth though I'm not from this part of the world. I digress, if anyone is in this town and have a problem with their car, providing it's not a major mechanical problem, take the car to The Challenger Tyre Centre' - it's a family business and they've been there for years.
They do far, far more than tyre jobs; their work is good and their prices are genuinely low.
