These are quite common faults!
My airbox was vibrating. The suggested fix is to put a screw through the join between the intake pipe and resonator box, but i found this a little awkward. So screwed the air intake pipe to the battery support. Should have been a bolt there, but had been lost. Also, an old sponge has a good effect towards stopping movement if pressed in tightly.
The exhaust rattle is usually due to driving through big puddles, and bending the heat sheild. Even if mine wasn't in contact with the exhaust still rattled a little. Found that it wasn't really fixed properly towards the back, so tie-wrapped it to the second heat sheild (above the rear box). Now doesn't make a noise
