Make notes of all the contacts & dates you've made with your dealer down, make it apparent to them why you're doing this.

I doubt you will ever find the top dawg in the UK.
A wee tip though that moved mountains for me, go back to your dealer speak with the service manager, and tell him to make an appointment for you, to see the general manager. His ¤¤¤¤ is on the block now.
Just to make double sure, also go see the receptionist, and make the same request of her.
They will procrastinate, but never ever give in.
