Hello,and welcome to the forum.
The way to find a drain on a battery is to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery,and connect an ammeter between the lead and the terminal.If there is any drain higher than 0.3amp,then there is a problem.
If you find you have a drain above this,then it's time to start removing fuses from the fuse box and checking whether the drain drops below the 0.3amp limit.
It the drain is less than 0.3amps,then suspect the battery.
Remember to have the doors closed on the car when doing the test,otherwise the interior light will give a false reading!!

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
