Try metallic black.
With metallic you have to go careful with the clear top coat, if you are too aggressive you risk going through to the colour coat
There are plenty of scratch removers on the market, just make sure that you get one that is 'clear coat safe'.
I really would give Scratch-X a go for localised scratches / scuffs, I think you will be impressed. Remember that it will remove any protection you have on the paint though, so always finish with a wax afterwards.
