I have ridden many Motorbikes since I was 16, that's 50 years now.
Never had an incident on the road but as I used to do a lot of trials and international Enduros I had 3 offs then, cracked ribs, dislocated little finger and large cut on one knee, nothing permanent.
The biggest danger to motorcyclists on the road is myopic car drivers.
I feel sorry for people who have never discovered the joy of Motorcycling.
A lot of car drivers drool over fast cars but a bike is better and faster on any journey, my current one is only a 500 cc twin yet 0-60 is 5.5 seconds, any second hand 1000cc sports bike costing around £4000 does it in 3-3.5 seconds.
My current bike is in the photo, Kawasaki KLE traily.
Safe riding to all our bike riders.
A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
