I am assuming that this is a remote central locking kit and the wiring you are referring to makes the indicators flash when you lock the car.

You will need to splice one wire in to the left indicator circuit and the other into the right indicator circuit.

Depending on where you fit the control unit, find the easiest route for the wires to either the front or rear indicators. You can use scotchlok connectors like these...

to splice into the existing indicator wiring. They are readily available from Halfords and the like.
