Hi dave and welcome to the forum.
If you open the sunroof fully there should be 4 drain holes (one in each corner) If you have access to an air line it would be wise to give each hole a good blast of air to help clear them out.
Are you sure it is the sunroof leaking water. There are many stories on this forum relating to suposed leaking sunroofs but the water is coming through where the aerial is attached to the roof of the car.
If it is the aerial it will have to be removed and a small amount of sealer apllied around the base of it and then refitted.
Either way, wherever the water is coming from it needs to be sorted. It is not uncommon for the sensor for the remote central locking in the roof by the interior light to get wet and to stop working. If this happens you will be stranded. May be worth a check just in case. The sensors can be replaced quite easily at home for about £60.
Sorry to be long winded!!!
Hope this helps.
