Help on window switch voltage - Please

Hi, Help required if possible on what should be happening at the window acctuator plug on the passenger side. Suddenly my passenger window has stopped working. It will go down using the button but will not go up again. If you use the drivers side button to operate it then it will not go down or up. I have seen this posted before but cannot see any solutions except reset which does not work because I cannot get the window up to start with. Does anyone know what voltages I should have at the plug both when static and when pressing the button up and down. Any info would be very helpfull, sorry it is so long.
