Sorry - I didn't see the bit about you already changing the spark plugs.
However, if they have got wet in the past, thay may have got wet again....
Otherwise, I'm told that when the
are under stress - under water or just damaged - not only can the engine mis-fire but the injection computer/electronics can get damaged. Hope this is not true in you case.
What you could do is check the injection computer (behind the L/H headlamp I think on your car) for water ingress. I think its secured by anti-tamper torx bolts so you can only remove it with special tools (thanks Renault!
) but you could safely spray some WD40 on it around the area where the large wiring harness connector conntects to it?
