oh well?

the upshot after 3 emails and nice responses from customer services, they 1st offered me 50.00 towards an engine mounting.... i refsed and went on campaigning.... they then offered me 50.00 cheque to do with as i please..... i refused that and asked for the matterto be escalated to management...... they said engine mounting was not under warranty and take the 50.00 ......... so i did and i am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.

as they say the mounting is split i shall await the first MOT to see if it fails. I have looked and cant see a split. they could have been trying to pull a fast one on me??
